The CCDC Received a $50,000 Donation

Yesterday, a check for $50,000 was deposited in the CCDC’s bank account. This generous donation was made through Schwab Charitable Giving by an anonymous donor. The donation is unrestricted, which means that the CCDC can use the money however it wants.

That the board is “grateful for the donation” is an understatement. It’s the largest single donation the CCDC has ever received. Board President Mary Reed commented, “The CCDC board of directors is honored that the donor believes so much in the organization and what it’s doing, that it decided to make such a significant donation.”
