The CCDC Received an Early Christmas Present
Recently, the Clarksville Community Development Corporation received an early Christmas gift of $50,000 from an anonymous donor. Because of the donor’s generosity, the CCDC will be able to make critical repairs to two of our beautiful, old rental properties, one of which was built in the 1920s. (Pictured below) The repairs will include foundation work, replacement of rotten wood, interior wall repairs and painting, new kitchen cabinets and countertops, window repairs, and more.
